The decision to prioritize your wellness is sacred. And yet, there are many barriers that often make this difficult to do. Whether systemic, personal, or familial in origin; these barriers are real! The good news is that you don’t have to navigate this journey alone. Here, you will find a compassionate and warm space where guards can be let down and real talk can be had.

I am a holistic clinician that works from understanding the impact that systems of oppression have on women and non-binary folks. Central to my work is the connection between body, mind, and spirit. I specialize in working with those seeking to address the specific challenges that come from work related stress, racial fatigue, depression, perfectionism, anxiety, self-esteem/self worth issues, codependency and boundary setting. I take a non-pathological, but direct approach in partnering with clients to clarify their vision, their voice, and their strengths. This may take the form of skill building, processing past events, developing insight into behavioral patterns, identifying values, sharing resources, retelling one’s story, strengthening connections, or reframing thoughts.

This journey is fragile, but wholeness is possible. Wellness is your birthright! If you’ve found yourself experiencing these challenges and are ready for change, please reach out to connect.

Adolescents and young adults are a population that I am extremely fond of working with. That’s where I can step in and help!

There is no “one size fits all” approach to treatment. Everything we do will be personalized to you. I am passionate about creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship, understanding your strengths, recognizing your values and developing effective coping strategies.
